Maximum Occupancy:  2 bedrooms = 5 people

 

Application:

• Non-refundable $40 

• Anyone over the age of 18 must submit an application and provide a valid driver's license/identification card & social security card​

Employment & Income requirements:

• Must be with current employer at least 6 monthsMonthly combined income of at least 3x rental amount ($4200)

• Please provide 8 pay stubs if you get paid bi-weekly, or 16 pay stubs if you get paid weekly

Rental History:

• All applicants must provide name, address and date of tenancy from previous landlords

• No previous or current evictions

• No defaults in lease agreements or any outstanding balances to other properties or collection agencies

 

Credit History:

• Less than $2000 in past due payments to any creditor

• Credit score of at least 650

• No pending bankruptcies. Bankruptcies must be at least 2 years ago

 

Criminal background check:

• No felony charges or misdemeanors within the last 3 years  

• No violent crimes against people or property

• No sex-related crimes

• No drug manufacturing crimes

• No domestic violence crimes

 

Pets: 

• Maximum of 2 pets per apartments

• Refundable pet deposit of $400, pet rent $50 per pet 

• Small dogs & cats under 20 lbs (interview required), contact us for more details

• Guests are not permitted to bring any type of pet onto the properties

• Tenant will be held responsible for any damages caused by pets
